Therapeutic Approach and Ethical Foundation
My Therapeutic Approach
My approach to counselling is client-centered and integrative. Client centered means that I prioritise your unique needs and goals and work hard to establish an easy trusting relationship which helps clients to open up and feel less vulnerable. To do this I use a wide range of therapeutic approaches (including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy – CBT) to ensure individualised support.
My Ethical Foundation
As an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I work within its Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. I attend supervision on a monthly basis as part of my ongoing accreditations and registration requirements which I view as an essential and valuable way of safeguarding and developing my practice. I also undertake regular Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to keep my skills and knowledge up to date.

I charge £55 per sessions and WhatsApp video or in person at the Practice Rooms on 226 North Street, Bristol BS3 1JD.
